Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or to have a service supplied again if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee — including where a document we prepare is not fit for its stated purpose or is not provided with due care and skill. For a major failure you may cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for the reduced value of the service.
We are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, so please choose carefully before ordering. Because our documents are prepared and delivered electronically on order, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the documents have been generated.
If you believe something we have supplied is defective or not as described, contact us at contact@macquariegs.com.au or (02) 9231 5111 and we will review it promptly. If a document is defective, we will correct and re-supply it at no charge, or refund the fee where correction is not possible.
